You may not go back to store-bought popsicles after this! Watermelon is one of the most refreshing summer snacks out there, and there is still time to enjoy it. Did you know that watermelon is twice as effective at hydrating your body than water is?! That's why watermelon is always a hit for summer BBQs, pool parties, and more. Want to know what's even better? Make it a fun adult treat by adding some tequila or prosecco (please enjoy responsibly)!

ingredients

watermelon - super hydrating and rich in antioxidants

coconut water - a source of hydration, antioxidants, and electrolytes... Coconut Water is often referred to as "nature's sports drink"

lime essential oil - provides a gentle detox, supports the immune system, and tastes delish!

Watermelon Lime Popsicles

how-to

  1. Blend 1/2 a small watermelon, 2 oz coconut water, and 3-4 drops lime essential oil until smooth. Unless you want to keep this recipe kid friendly, this is where you will add your 1 or 2 shots of tequila or prosecco.
  2. Distribute mixture into popsicle tray/mould and store in the freezer.
  3. Once frozen, remove from moulds and enjoy!
