if our products don't make you do a happy dance, we want to know about it. we're all about making sure you're over the moon with your purchase. while some items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, we promise to do our best to find a solution that leaves you smiling.

to make a return, you've got to get the green light from us first. just shoot us an email at katie@letsbelocal.ca, and we'll guide you through the process.

all returned goodies need to be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same sparkling condition you received them. we recommend sending them back with a traceable carrier, just to keep things safe and sound. keep in mind, you'll be covering any shipping charges.
